A deposit equal to 2 nights + tax is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
Initial two night deposit is non refundable
No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of arrival
No refunds for late arrival and/or early departures

- Call or Email to confirm reservations. We will email a credit card authorization form. Fill out this form and fax or Email it back to confirm reservations.
- Two night deposit is charged at the time of booking + Taxes.
- Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

- There are no refunds for cancellations of 45 days or less prior to arrival.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- When booking through me and not the complex, I offer a 5% discount off the below rates except
